After 25 years in business, Kerry Altiero of Cafe Miranda in Rockland is now expanding into the Portland market.
The graffiti mural wall off Free Street was destroyed to make way for the improved stage, but owners have hired the same artist to create a new one.
But its Forest Avenue location in Portland will not reopen.
The wait there on weekends is already at least an hour, even in February.
