We can’t say if the talented Shannon Bard filets Flay tomorrow night on the Food Network, but we will be dialed in at 10 p.m. for her debut on “Beat Bobby Flay.”
The chef/owner of Zapoteca on Fore Street is in Spain perfecting her paella game for the opening of her new tapas joint Tororos, so no viewing party is planned.
Bard and Kamal Rose, executive chef of the Tribeca Grill in New York, step up to the stove to try to beat Flay in this smokey smack down.
